Hello friends aaj me aapke sath sath share karne wali hu restaurant style chilli paneer recipe in hindi. Jise bana bohot aasan hoga or aap bhi restaurant jaisa taste la payege apne chilli paneer mei. To chaliye churu karte hai chilli paneer recipe ke ingredients se;

Ingredients

300 gm paneer

1/4 tbsp salt

1/4 tbsp black pepper powder

1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

All purpose flour 3 tbsp

1 capsicum

2 Onion

8-10 garlic cloves

2 green chilli

2 inch grated garlic

Paneer Marination

  1. Ek bowl le or usme medium to large size cubes me paneer cut kar ke dale.
  2. Ab paneer me salt, kali mirch powder or ginger garlic paste dal ke ache se mix kar le.
  3. Paneer ko 10 minute tak yuhi chor de taki flavors andar chale jaye paneer ke.
  4. 10 minute baad panner pe 1 tbsp maida sprinkle kare or unhe toss kar ke mix kar lege.

Paneer Coating

  1. Ek bowl le or usme 2 tbsp maida or 1 tbsp corn flour dal de.
  2. 2-3 baar thoda thoda kar ke pani dale or ek smooth paste ready kar le.
  3. Is mixture ko banane ke 1/2 cup pani use hoga.

Frying Paneer

  1. Ek pan le or usme oil ko garam hone ke liye rakh de medium flame pe.
  2. Oil garam hote he marinate kiye hue paneer ko banayi hui paneer coating ke mixture me ek ek kar ke dip kar ke oil me dalege.
  3. Ek baar me zyada paneer pieces ko fry na kare, unke beech mei gap rehne de.
  4. Paneer ko chaaro taraf (4 sides)se fry kar le, zyada fry nahi karna hai. Paneer ke bas sides par halka brown colour aane tak fry kre.
  5. Ab fried paneer ko absorbent ya tissue paper pe nikal le taki excess oil paper absorb kar le.

Chilli Paneer Gravy

  1. Ek pan le or usme 2 tbsp oil dal ke garam hone ko rakh de.
  2. Oil garam hote he usme lehsun ko barik kat ke or adrak ko kaddukas kar ke dalege. Dono ko thoda fry kar lege.
  3. Sabhi sabzio ko pan me dalege to 1 minute ke liye hilayege, flame high he rakhe. Sabzio ko zada nahi pakana hai, halka rang balne tak pakaye bas.
  4. Ab flame low kar le or 2 tbsp red/green chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup or 1 tbsp soy sauce dal ke mix kar le.
  5. Flame medium kar ke usme 1/4 tbsp kali mirch powder or swad anusar namak dale.
  6. 3-4 tbsp pani dal ke mix kare taki sabhi sauces ka flavor mix ho jaye apas mei.
  7. 1/4 tbsp sugar taki sabhi flavors balance ho jaye.
  8. Aap 1/4 tbsp aji-no-moto / msg bhi dal sakte hai, halaki wo health ke liye acha nahi hota to ise avoid kare. Par chinese dishes me dalta hai to aap dal sakte hai agar aapka mann ho.
  9. Last me hame vinegar dalna hai 1 tbsp, ise last me he dale.
  10. 1 minute sauce ko paka lene ke baad gravy ready ho gayi hai. Ab isme fried paeer dal de or mix kar le.
  11. Agar aap apni dish ko restaurant style colour dena chahte hai to  orange-red food colour dale. 1/2 pinch food colour thode pani ke sath mila ke dal de pan me.

Tips:-

  • Vegitables cutting:- Onion- Pyaz ko hum 4 pices me cut karege or unke slices alag kar kar ke nikal lege. Capsicum – Shimla mirch ko cubes me cut karege. Chilli – Hali mirchi ko patli or lambi kat lege.
  • Salt kam he dale kyuki sauce bhi salt hota hai pehle se.
  • Agar aapko zyada gravy pasand ho to thoda corn flour or pani dal le.
  • Agar aapke pas food colour na ho to aap kasmiri lal mirch powder bhi dal sakte hai thodi.

Serving Chilli Paneer

  1. Chilli paneer ko ek serving bowl/plate me nikal le.
  2. Spring onion se garnish kar ke serve kare to bohot acha lagta hai khane mei.
