Hello friends, aaj me aapke sath shre karne wali hu ek Chinese recipe jo bohot pasand ki jaati hai sabhi dwara. Chinese style Manchurian ki step by step recipe aapko bataugi taki aap bhi aasani se ise ghar par bana sake. To chaliye shuru karte hai hamari Chinese style Manchurian recipe in hindi:-

Ingredients

300 grams finely chopped cabbage / barik kati hui patta gobhi

1 finely chopped capsicum / barik kati hui shimla mirch

2 finely chopped carrot / barik kati hui gajar

5 tbsp all purpose flour / maida

3 tbsp corn flour / makki ka atta

1/4 tbsp black pepper / kali mirch

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste / adrak or lehsun ka paste

2 green chilli / hari mirch

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 pinch food colour / khane wala rang (optional)

Salt for taste

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  1. Sabse pehle ek bowl le or usme sabhi barik kati hui sabzia dal dege. Or upar se namak dal ke mix karege taki sabzia apna pani chor de.(1 tbsp salt)
  2. Ab isme kati hui hari mirch, kali mirch powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour or maida dal dege.
  3. Food colour hum soy sauce me mix kar ke dalege taki wo ache se mix ho jaye.
  4. Ab apne hatho ise ache milaye or bind kar le. Agar aapko mixture gila lagta hai ya wo bind hone layak nahi lagta. To thoda or corn flour or maida mila le.
  5. Aapko jitne size ka ball chahiye utne size ke balls bana le mixture se.

Tips:-

  • Dhyan rakhe ki sabhi sabzia barik kati hui ya kaddukas/grate kari hui ho. Aap kati hui beans or gobhi bhi dal sakte hai.
  • Food colour optional hai, aapke paas hai to dale nahi to rehne de. Isse taste mei koi farak nahi padega.
  • Manchurian balls banane me pani ka bilkul istemal na kare.
  • Is mixture se medium size ke 20 Manchurian ready ho jate hai.

Frying Manchurian balls

  1. Ek kadhai/pan medium flame pe oil dal ke rakh de. Or oil ko ache se garam hone de. Humne refined oil use kiya hai, aap apni pasand ka koi bhi oil use kar sakte hai.
  2. Oil ke garam hote he usme kuch Manchurian balls dal de. Utne he balls dale jitne aap pan me aasani se fry kar sake.
  3. Beech beech me balls ko hilate rahe taki wo sabhi side se equally fry ho.
  4. Balls ache se fry hone ke baad unhe absorbent ya tissue paper pe nikal le taki unka excess oil paper absorb kar le.

Tips:-

  • Medium flame pe he fry kare taki balls ache se pake or crispy bhi rahe.
  • Agar aap balls ko kam oily banana chate hai to unhe ek baar half fried hone par pan se nikal le. Or phir phirse tel garam kare or unhe fry kare fully cooked hone tak. Aisa karne se wo kam oily banege.

Procedure – Manchurian Gravy

  1. Ek bowl le usme 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp red/green chilli sauce, 1/2 tbsp vinegar or 1 tbsp soy sauce dale.
  2. Ab bowl me 1/2 cup pani dal ke sabhi chezo ko ache se mix kar le. Sauce ka mixture ready ho gaya hai.
  3. Ek kadhai/pan le or usme 2-3 tbsp oil dale or use garam hone de.
  4. Oil ke garam hone ke baad usme 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 kati hui hari mirch or 2 inch adrak kaddukas kar ke dale.
  5. In sabhi chezo ko hign flame par hilate rahe or  aap thoda gingergarlic paste bhi dale ache flavor ke liye.
  6. 2-4 tbsp chopped shimla mirch dale or ache se mix kare 1-2 minute tak. Sabzio ko zyada na pakaye thoda kacha rehne de, khane me ache lagege.
  7. Last me banaya hua sauce mixture dale, flame high he rakhe. Or mix kare, upar se 1/4 tbsp kali mirch powder, swad anusar namak or 2-3 tbsp pani dale.
  8. Aap chahe to isme food colour(1-2 pinch) dal sakte hai or msg bhi(1/4 tbsp), par msg health ke liye acha nahi hota to me nahi dalugi.
  9. 2-3 minute gravy pakaye or flame medium par kar ke usme Manchurian balls dal de or mix kar ke flame band kar le.

  • Ek serving plate/bowl le or usme Manchurian ko dal ke serve kare.
  • Manchurian ko green/spring onion se garnish kar ke serve kiya jata hai. Aap coriander se bhi serve kar sakte hai.
  • Manchurian basically fried rice ke sath serve kiya jata hai.
