Chole Masala Recipe | Pressure Cooker Tasty Chole in hindi

Hey dosto! Aaj hum aapke liye laaye hai sabke dwara pasabd ki jaane wali recipes me se ek “CHOLE MASALA”. Hum aapko batayege ki kaise aap gahr par he bohot tasty chole masala bana sakte hai. Or wo bhi pressure cooker pan me he or bina kisi zyada mehnat ke. To chaliye shuru karte hai

 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chole/kabuli chana 250 grams Chole Masala Recipe | Pressure Cooker Tasty Chole in hindi

(Chole ko humne  7-8 hours tak paani me bheego ke rakha tha ya aap chahe to puri raat pani me bhego ke rakh sakte hai)

  1. Onion 4 medium size/ pyaaz
  2. 2 bade tomato/tamatar
  3. 2 inch ginger/ adrak
  4. 10-12 garlic cloves/ lehsun
  5. Khade garam masale (ek badi or ek choti elaichi, dal chini, tej patta, javetri)*
  1. ½ tbsp Jeera
  2. ½ tbsp haldi
  3. 1 – ½ tbsp mirchi powder
  4. ½ Dhaniya powder
  5. Namak swad anusar
  6. 1 – ½ tbps chole masala(any brand)
  7. 5 tbsp oil
  8. Dhaniya patta barik kata hua

MASALA PASTE

  • Ek grinding jar le
  • Jar me adrak, lehsun or pyaaz dale(kate hue)
  • Inhe grind karle
  • Or ek bowl me nikal le
  • Ab us jar me tamatar ka paste bnayege

TIPS :- tamar ka paste bnate hue paani ka use na kare.

PROCEDURE

Sabse pehle gas pe pressure cooker pan garam kar le. Ab usme oil daal le. Oil garam hote he usme khade masale daal le. Ab oil me jaara dal le. Sabhi chezo ko thoda bhun lene ke baad gas ki flame kam kar ke. Usme haldi or lal mirch poeder daal delke mila lege. Ab isme pyaaz, lehsun or adrak ka paste daal dege or ache se mix kar lege. Ab hum kam aanch pe ise dhakkan laga ke 1 minute tak pakayege. Paste ke ache se bhun jaane ke baad usme dhaniya powder or chole masala daal dege. Sabhi masalo ko mila kar ½ minute or paka lege dhakkan laga ke. Ab hum isme tomato paste daal lege or use firse 1 minute ke liye dhakkan laga ke pakayege.Chole Masala Recipe | Pressure Cooker Tasty Chole in hindi

Ab is pake hue masale me, bhegoye hue chole dal lege or ache se milayege. Chole ko thoda bhun lege masalo ke sath dhakkan laga ke 1 minute ke liye. Dhakkan hata ke hum isme 1 ½ – 2 glass paani dal lege or namak daal ke mix krege.  Ab dhakkan ko ache se laga le or 5 seeti aane tak medium flame pe pakaye. 5 seeti aane ke baad gas band kar lege or cooker ke thanda hone ke baad he dhakkan  kholege.  Dhakkan kholne ke baad usme kati hui dhaniya dal ke mila le.

TIPS:-

  • 5 seeti se bhi agar chole na pake ho to 1-2 seeti or laga le.
  • Agar aapko garam masalo ki jagha garam masala powder istemaal karna ho to kar le.
  • Aap tamar paste ki jagha tomato pury bhi istemaal kar sakte hai.
  • Agar aapko gravy gadhi/thick lag rahi h to thoda garam paani mila le chole me.

SERVING CHOLE MASALA

Ab ise serving bowl/plate me nikal le.

Ache se dhaniya patta se  garnish kar ke garma garam parose.
