Ek bohot bada reason jiski vajah se zyada tar logo ka motivation khatam ho jaata hai. Apne goal ko pura karne se pehle he wo or kuch nahi bas ek misconception ki vajah se hota hai.

MISCONCEPTION

Misconception ye hai ki hume lagta hai agar hum har din kisi chez ko lekar mehnat karte rahege. To har din us chez me ache, or ache or ache hote jayege. Mujhe to pehle yahi samjhaya gaya tha or surely aapko bhi yahi lagta hoga. Right!

Hmari soch ke hisab se agar me results ya progress ka result bnau to wo aisa banega. Jise linear graph bhi bolte hai, jisme ek taraf din honge jo badhte rahege. Or dusri taraf hamare results honge jo ki har din practice or mehnat ke sath badhte rahege.  Is misconception ka example aapne movies me bohot baar dekha hoga.

Jaha ek hero ko ek tournament me hissa lena hota hai. Uske pass training ke liye zada time nahi bacha rehta but fir bhi wo puri mehnat ke sath training start karta hai. Pehle din wo kuch bhi ache se nahi kar pata. Lekin fir training karte hue dhere dhere har din acha hote jata hai. Or tournament k ek din pehle tak har wo chez kar ke dikha deta hai jo pehle din use nahi ho paa rahi thi. Ye sab dekh ke hum bhi motivate ho jaate hai, hum sochte hai ki haan sahi hai. Agar insaan mehnat karne lagega to kitne bhi time me kuch bhi achieve kar lega. Or use aise resulte bhi mil he sakte hai.

Ab ye baat sach hai ki hum mehnat karke cheze achieve kar sakte hai or results nhi milege he. But reality me hume results is tarike se kabhi nahi milte.

THE PLATEAU

Pehle mujhe video games khelne ka bohot shonk tha, isiliye me bohot saare games khelta tha. Jab bhi me koi new game khelna start karta to pehle to mujhe use samjne or basics seekhne me time lagta. Isiliye pehle me itne ache scores nahi bana paata hut fir thode time continuously khelne ke baad mere cores dheere dheere ache hote jaate. Jisse mujhe wo game khelne me or maza aane lagta. Aise he khelte khelte me ek acha high score banal eta but fir iske baad mere scrores thode khraab hone lagte.

Or fir bohot baar khelne ke baad bhi me apne us high score ko tod nahi pata tha. Isse mujhe kaafi irritate hota tha or kaayi baar me wo game khelna he chord deta tha. Lekin kuch games jo mujhe bohot zyada pasand hote the use me aisa hone ke baad bhi khela karta tha. Or fir khelte khelte finally again mere scroes badne lagte the or me fir ek naya nigh score banal eta tha. But uske baad firse mere scroes kam hone lagte or me fir apne us new high score ko jaldi tod nahi pata tha.

“Is baat pe tab mene itna dhyaan nahi diya par ab mujhe samajh aaya ki actually me real progress or results  aise he milte hai life me”.

Jab aap apne goals ko pura karne ke liye koi naayi chez start karte hai ir chahe  wo kuch bhi ho. Jaise financial success ke liye business karna, gym karke body build karna ya weight loose karna. Guitar seekhna ya ki sports seekhna etc. Tab aapki jo progress ya result ka graph hoga wo linear nahi hoga. Balki wo mere un games ke high score ke graph jaisa hoga. Jaha start me aapko resulte dikhne me thoda lagega kyuki tab aapka mind or aapki body basic seekh or samajh rahi hogi. But jab aap daate rahoge or consistency dikhaoge to kuch he time baad aapko burst of progess bhi dikhna start ho jayega. Ab start me logo ko is baat se problem nahi hoti kyuki unhe pehle se pata hota hai ki start me results milne me time lagta hai.

Lekin jab unke results ache hone ke baad thode khraab hone lagte hai logo ko doubt hona start hota hai. Unka motivation kam hone lagta hai kyuki unke dimag me to progress ka ek linear graph bana hua hai. Jo sidha sidha regularly badhte rehna chahiye. Lekin yaha to unke results or ache hone ke bajaye thode kam ho rahe hai. Jo ki unke hesaab se theek nahi hota. Iske baad kuch time tak khub mehnat karne ke baad bhi jab unko or ache results ya progress nahi dikhta. Tab almost sabki himmat or motivation khatm ho jaati hai. Or isi plateau tak pohochne ke baad zyada tar log demotivate hokar haar maan jaate hai. Kyuki tab unhe lagne lagta hai ki shayad wo kuch galat kar rahe hai. Ya ye cheez unke liye hai he nahi.

REALITY

Par sach to ye hai ki aisa hona ek dam normal hai. Jab aap apne goals ko pura karne ya mastery achieve karne ke liye practice or hard work kroge. To aap aapka maximum time is plateau par he jaayega jaha aapko results nahi dekhege. Par isse aapko discourage ya demotivate  nahi hona chahiye. Kyuki jab aap daate rahoge or consistency dekhaoge to aapko ek or sudden growth milne lagega. Jo aapko ek new level tak leke jayega, or fir isi tarha har baar aap ek plateau se hote hue har baar upar aate he jaaoge.

Isliye progress milne ke baad is baat se fikar mat karo ki aaj aap kal se ya ek hafte pehle se kam acha perform rahe ho. Balki ye dekho ki kaise aapne jaha se start kiya tha waha se upar uth ke aap ek new level pea a gaye ho. Or aage bhi or upar jaate re rahoge bas jab tak aap haar nahi maante. Or us plateau par results na milne par bhi practice yaa kaam karne ko enjoy karna band nahi kar dete. Ye progress movies ki tarha linear nahi hoga or isme aapko for sure zyada time bhi lagega. Par real life me isi tarike se aap apne goals tak pohoch ke use pura kar paaoge.
