Ek normal 60 saal ki umar tak jeene wala insaan apni puri life me average 1,75,200 hours sota ke guzarta hai. Matlab hamari puri zindagi ka 1/3 hissa hum sone me guzarte hai. Researchers ko hamare sone ka exact reason to nahi pata but wo sab ke sab is baat pe zarur agree karte hai. Ki neend hum sab ke liye bohot important hai agar hume apne kaam me productive reh kar healthy rehna hai to. Kyuki proper neend na milna bohot sari problems create kar sakta hai.

  1.  4-5% – Isme hum halki neend me hote hai or muscle activity slow ho rahi hoti hai.
  2.  45-55% – Isme saans or dil ki dhadkan slow ho jaari hai or body temperature bhi thoda kam ho jata hai.
  3.  4-6% – Isme hum gehri neend me jaane lagte hai or brain delta waves chorne lagta hai.
  4.  12-15% – Isme hum bilkul gehri neend me hote hai or body ki movement bilkul band ho jati hai.
  5.  20-25%(REM sleep) – Isi me aapko ajeeb sapne aate hai, dil ki dhadkan or saase bohot tez hone lagti hai.

Aapki body me bohot zyada STRESS HORMONES(cortison) paida hote hai. Jisse aapko bohot buri health problems ho sakti hai. Jaise raat ko neend na aana (insomnia), constipation/ loose motions, acne, high anger, anxiety or loss in concentration.
