Hello friends aaj me aapke sath share karne wali hu ek bohot he tasty or easy pav bhaji recipe in Hindi. Ye recipe sabhi dwara kafi pasand ki jati hai par ise ghar pe kaise banaye ye thoda mushkal lagta hai. Lekin i’m sure meri batayi hui recipe se aap aaram se ghar pe Bhaji ko bana payege. Bhaji Recipe (Pav bhaji recipe in Hindi)

Ingredients

1/2 kg Potato / aalo

1 small cauliflower / phul gobhi

2 carrot gajar

1 cup pea / matar

1/2 piece capsicum / shimla mirch

2 onions / pyaz

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste / adrak lehsun ka paste

250 gm tomato / tamatar

2 green chilli / hari mirch

1/2 tsp red chilli powder / lal mirch powder

1/2 tsp cumin seeds / jeera

3 tbsp oil / tel

2 tbsp butter / makhan

25 gm coriander leaf / dhaniya patta

1/2 tsp kasuri methi

Salt to taste

2 tbsp pav bhaji masala

2 pinch food colour

Procedure

Boiling veggiespav bhaji recipe in hindi

  1. Pressure cooker le or usme aalo, gobhi, gajar, matar or 1 glass pani dale or cooker ka dhakan pand kar le.
  2. Sabzio ko 4 whistle aane tak pakaye or coocker ka pressure khatam hone ke baad he dhakan khole.
  3. Ab cooker ki boiled sabzio ko ek masher ki help se cooker me he mash kare ache se.

Tips:-

  • Agar aap bhaji me natural colour dena chahte hai to ek chakundar/beetroot kat ke sanzio ke sath boil karne ke liye dal sakte hai.
  • Aap agar frozen matar le rahe hai to unhe boil na kare sidhe tadke me dali. Kyuki frozen peas soft hote hai.

Bhaji Tadka

  1. Ek pan/kadhai flame pe chadha de or usme 2 tbsp oil or 1 tbsp butter dal de. Sirf butter dalege to wo jalne lagega isliye oil ke bad he butter dale.
  2. Oil garam hone ke baad usme jeera dale or use brown hone de.
  3. Barik kate hue pyaz dale or 1 minute tak pakaye taki wo apna rang badal de or soft ho jaye. Ab usme ginger garlic paste dale or mix kare.
  4. Ab barik kata hua shimla mirch dale or agar aap frozen matar use kar rahe hai to isi time wo bhi dale or mix kare.
  5. Barik kati hui hari mirch dale, agar aapke ghar chote bache hai to hari mirch na dale. Swad anusar ya 1 tbsp namak dale or 2 minute tak ache se pakaye.

  6. Tamatar puree dale or upar se lal mirchi powder dal ke ache se mix kar le. Orange red food colour dale agar aapki achi ho nahi to avoid kare.
  7. 3 minute tak ache se tadke ko hilate hue paka le taki tamatar ache se pak bhi jaye or oil bhi chor de.
  8. Ready-made 2 bade spoon pav bhaji masala dale or ache se mila le.(Kisi bhi brand ka pav bhaji masala aap use kar sakte hai)
  9. Kasuri methi dale ke ache se mila le sabhi chezo ko kyuki ab samaye aa gaya hai mash ki hui boiled sabzio ko dalne ka.
  10. Mash ki hui boiled sabzia ab kadhai me dal le or ache se mix kae le. Ab fir se masher le or sabhi ko kuch der tak mash karte hue pakaye.
  11. Bhaji ache se mash ho gyi hai ab 1 cup garm pani dale or thodi der pakaye.
  12. Last me flame band karne se pehle dhaniya patta, 1 tbsp butter or 1/2 tbsp nimbu ka ras dale or mix kar le.
  13. Bhaji bilkul tayar hai.

Fomenting pav / Pav ko sekna

  1. Ready made pav le, or kyuki wo thode chipke hote hai apas me to unhe alag kar le.
  2. Pav na tute iske liye hum pav beech se kat te hue apne chaku/knife ko pehle pani se gila karege or tab katege.
  3. Tava le or uspe butter dale, aap chahe to butter pe thoda pav bhaji masal bhi dal sakte hai.
  4. Butter ke upar pav ko dale or uski dono sides ko sek le, pav ko palatne se pehle uski upar wali side pe bhi butter laga le.
  5. Sabhi pav ko aise he ache se sek le.

Serving Pav Bhaji

  1. Ek serving bowl le or usme bhaji dale. Bowl ko plate pe rakhe or bowl ke agal bagal pav ko rakh ke serve lare.
  2. Bhaji ko dhaniya patta or butter se garnish karna bilkul na bhule.
  3. Aab bhaji ko paranthe ke sath bhi serve kar sakte hai, bohot tasty lagta hai.
