Hello friends, aaj hum aapko sikhayege samosa making hindi me. Crispy, tasty or easy tarike kaise aap jhat pat samosa bana sakte hai, is samosa making recipe me aapko pata chalega. Or end me ek complimentary hari chutney ki recipe bhi taki samose ka maza dugna ho jaye. Chaliye shuru karte hai:-

Samosa Ingredients

250 gm Flour / Maida

4-5 Boiled potato / Uble hue aloo

1 tbsp Dry methi / fenugreek leaves

1 tpsp Chopped corirnder / Dhaniya leaves

2-3 Chopped green chilies / mirch

1 cup Boiled matar / peas

1 tbsp Ginger & garlic / lehsun adrak paste

Salt to taste

1 tbsp Garam masala

2 Aamchur

Red chilli powder/ lal mirch(optional)

1 Dhaniya powder

1/2 tbsp Ajwaine

2 tbsp Oil

Procedure of samosa making

Samosa Dough

  1. Ek bade bowl me maida le, usme ajwaine, 1-2 pinch namak, oil dale or usko gunth le or dough bana le.
  2. Ise hum halke garam pani se gunthege. Thoda thoda pani dal ke guthe taki dough zyada loose na ho jaye.
  3. Dough tayar hone ke baad use 20-25 minutes ke liye dhak ke rakh dena hai.

Samosa Stuffing

  1. Boiled aloo le or unhe hath ya spoon se mash kar le, thode bade tukde he rakhe.
  2. Frying pan me oil garam kare, usme ginger garlic paste or kati mirch dal kar 1 minute tak bhune.
  3. Ab pan me matar, namak, garam masala, spicy karne ke liye thodi lal mirch powder dal ke mix kare.
  4. Last me aloo dale or uspe dhaniya powder, aamchur, sukhi methi or hara kata dhaniye dal ke ache se hila le.
  5. 2 minute tak pakaye or hamari samosa stuffing ready hai.

Tips:- Aap isme paneer bhi dal sakte hai.

  1. Tayar kiya hua dough/maida le or uske equal balls/gole bana le.
  2. Ek ball ke, uspe thoda sukha maida laga kar gol bel le or sides se patla he rakhe.
  3. Ab gol bele hue maida ko beech se kat le, aadhi side uthaye or thoda pani laga ke uski cone bana le.
  4. Cone me 1 1/2-2 spoon shuffing bhar de or ends se band kar de halke hath se or ends me thoda pani laga ke.

  1. Kadhai le or usme aadhi kadhai oil dal kar garam kare ache se.
  2. Oil garam hote he usme samosa dal de, utne he samose dale jitne kadhai me aaram se aa jaye.
  3. Ab flame medium kar ke samoso ko brown hone de.
  4. Beech beech me unhe hilate rahe or sabhi sides ache se fry hone de.
  5. Samose ache se brown hone ke baad nikal le kadhai se ek tissue paper pe taki extra oil tissue sokh le.
