Shahi paneer banane ki vidhi(Shahi paneer recipe in hindi)

Step – 1

Ingredients

250 gm Paneer

4 chopped tomato / tamatar

2 chopped big onions / pyaz

2 inch ginger / adrak

1/2 tsp cumin jeera

2 bay leaf / tej patta

1 cinnamon stick / dal chini sabut

3 green cardamom / elichi

3 cloves / laung

8-10 cloves garlic / lehsun

3 tbsp poppy seeds / khas khas

1/2 tsp salt / namak

1/2 tsp sugar / chini

One glass water / pani

1 tsp salt / namak

Procedure

  1. Sabse pehle flame pe aap ek pressure cooler rakhe or usme oil dale or use garam hone de.
  2. Oil ke garam ote he usme dal chini, laung, jeera, elichi or tej patta dale or thoda fry kar le.
  3. Ab khas khas dale or 30 seconds tak pakaye, 30 seconds baad pyaz or tamatar bade tukdo mei cut kar ke dale. Sath he sabut adrak or lehsun dal ke 2 minute tak fry kar le taki kachapan chala jaye sabhi chezo ka.
  4. 2 minute baad 1 – 1 1/2 glass pani, namak or chini dal ke mix kar le. Cooker ka dhakan laga le or 2-3 whistle tak paka le.
  5. Cooker ki\a pressure jab puri tarha khatam ho tabhi dhakan nikale or mixture ko thoda thanda kar le. Mixture ko ab grinder me grind kar le or ek acha sa paste bana le.

Tips:-

Ingredients

2 tbsp ghee / oil

1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder / kashmiri lal mirch powder

1 tsp coriander powder / dhaniya powder

1/4 tsp pepper powder / kali mirch powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder / haldi

2 tbsp fresh cream / malai

1 cup milk / dudh

1 tbsp kasuri methi

50 piece raisain / kishmish ( options)

1/2 tsp salt / namak

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Procedure

  1. Low flame par ek pan/kadhai rakhe or usme ghee ya oil dal ke garam hone de. Isme kashmiri lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, haldi or kali mirch powder dal ke 1 minute tak fry kar le.
  2. Ab kishmish dale agar na pasand ho to na dale ye sirf halke se mithas ke liye hai. Grind kiya hua mixture chalni/strainer se chante hue dale taki gravy bilkul smooth bane.
  3. Pan ki sabhi chezo ko ache se mila le or ab usme milk dale or thoda paka le. Ab paneer ko apni pasand ka kat ke gravy mei dal le.
  4. Garam masala, kasuri methi or maalai dale or ache se mix kar le. Kasuri methi ko halka sa tawa pe bhun le hath se masal ke dale.
  5. Thoda namak dal le apne hisab se kyuki humne gravy mei pehle he namak dal rakha hai.
  6. 4 minute tak gravy ko pakaye taki paneer mei flavors chale jaye, gravy zyada thick na kare kyuki wo thandi ho ke or thick ho jati hai.
  7. Restaurant style shahi paneer bina kaju badam ke ghar par bilkul tayar hai.
