Education system or dusri chezo ke liye kabhi or baat krege.

Business me bhi competition zeher jesa hota hai. Competition or capitalism opposite hai, capitalism profit generate karne se related hai. Jabki competition profit ko khatam karne se related hai. Aapke business market completion me jitna zada competition hoga utna kam aap profit earn kar paaoge. Fir chaahe aapka business kitna bhi bada kyu na ho.

US ki airline companies crores and millions me money generate kar paati hai, par fir bhi wo 2012 me wo companies ek passenger pe bas 37 cent ka profit earn kar paayi thi. Or wahi Google usi saal total 50 billions ka profit earn kiya the jabhi airlines ne 160 billions. Lekin google ne us 50 billions me se 21% ka profit banaya tha, jo ki airlines company ke profit se 100% zada tha.

Aisa isi liye hua kyuki airlines company ek dusre se compete karne karne ke chakar me apne ticket ke daam kam kar rahi thi. Lekin dusri taraf google akele he apna zyada tar market dominate kar raha tha, bina kisis se profit ke liye compete kare. Aaj ke time agar hum saari US companies ke profit ko ek kar de. Fir bhi google unse 3X (guna) profit kamata hai. Google aisa kar pata hai kyuki google ka search engine ek monopoly hai. Or is chez me uska koi bi bada competitor nahi hai.

Theek isi tarha agar aapko badi success chahiye startup me to aapko bhi monopoly create karni padegi, fir chaahe wo koi product ho ya servies. Jisme aapse better koi dusra option ho he na logo ke pass!

PRINCIPLE NO. 3 : START WITH A NICHE/SUITABLE MARKET AND THEN DOMINATE

Start me amazon se bas ek chote se market pe concentrate kiya, market tha books padhne wale logo ka. Isse pehle kitaabe bas book stores par mila karti thi. Jiski vajah se bohot si books bohot search karne ke baad bhi logo ko mil nahi paati thi. Or book publishers ko bohot loss hota tha, but fir amazon ne online book store bana ke eek 0 to 1 progress laya. Jisse bohot logo ka bohot faida hua. Books ke business me success milne ke baad amozon se related products CD,DVD sell karna start kiya. Or fir dheere dheere har market ko dominate kar diya.

Isi tarha aapko bhi apne business ko agar ek successful banana hai to pehle ek chote se niche market ki shuruat kro. Chote se group ke logo ki koi ek badi problem solve kro jispe koi dhyaan nahi de raha hai. Or jaha kam ya competition ho he naa aapke liye.
